KT Canada National Seminar Series - May 10, 12:00-13:00 ET Session #9 on Thursday, May 10th from 1200-1300 ET, with André Bussières Dr. Bussières is a PhD Candidate in the Population Health program at the University of Ottawa. He has clinical training in nursing and chiropractic and received an MSc in Kinesiology. He is a full time professor at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and will undertake the position of Assistant Professor in the Departments of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy at McGill University in the fall. His research interests are in guidelines development, dissemination and implementation. The session is entitled: ''Strategies to optimize x-ray utilization among North American chiropractors'' Learning objectives: * To learn about the opportunities and challenges in applying research evidence to optimize x-ray utilization among North American chiropractors * To discuss the potential impact of web-based guideline dissemination in a large practice network * To understand the factors associated with the decision to order back x-rays using the Theoretical Domain Framework and a theory-based survey The session poster is attached, along with the evaluation and sign in sheet.
