Calgary Centre for Clinical Research

Designed to lead and conduct large clinical trials by Calgary investigators and their colleagues from around the world, the Calgary Centre for Clinical Research (CCCR) also provides support to health investigators within Alberta Health Services, the University of Calgary Faculty of Medicine's research institutes, and other faculties within the university.

The Centre is founded upon the Faculty of Medicine's philosophy of flowing research discoveries from the laboratory bench to the bedside of patients and beyond.  It is set up to enable clinicians and scientists to collaborate more efficiently on clinical research by working directly with the patients, rapidly applying their findings in the laboratory, and finally, developing new medical solutions for patients.
