Systematic Review Course *Online* - January 9 to April 6, 2012

The next session of the Online Introduction to Systematic Reviews

and Meta-Analysis course will begin on January 9, 2012.

In this course, students will learn about topics including:

- Different types of evidence that can be synthesized

- How to formulate a review question

- How to develop a review protocol

- How to abstract data

- How to perform a meta-analysis

Students will have 3 months to complete the 16 module course.

An End of Grant KT Course will be offered on February 13, 2012 (12pm - 4pm)

at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute of St Michael's Hospital, Toronto. This half day

course is designed to provide grant writers with the needed tools to write the KT portion

of their grant applications. Course attendees will use their own grants to develop an

end of grant KT plan.

The target audience for the course is:
* Scientists interested in learning more about end of grant KT
* Trainees learning to write grants
* Research staff who write grants
