A one day course designed for physicians, specialists, RN's, midwives and Allied Health professionals, featuring keynote speaker Dr. Ahmet Baschat. The goal of this day is to provide useful up-to-date information on new developments in prenatal diagnosis and screening including the role of early risk assessment in the identification of high risk pregnancy, and the implications with respect to prevention and treatment. It will also provide updates on new methods of screening for preeclampsia and the diagnosis and management of intrauterine growth restriction.

UC Idol is an annual American Idol style event where six student contestants are given the opportunity to showcase their singing talents in front of a live voting audience and three professor judges. The show also includes various special performances including dance, music, and other unique acts. The event is open to all members of the student body, university staff, as well as the general public. UC Idol's purpose is to showcase student talent, involve the community, raise school spirit, and support charities. We will be charging $8 for tickets in advance and $10 at the door.
