The Accounts Payable department has been reviewing all of our business processes as part of the University of Calgary’s iS² Project (Innovative Support Services). During this review, we found that the current Vendor Set Up process has many control risks as well as opportunities for improvement. We also heard all user concerns on the current Non Employee Expense Reimbursement Form and we created a New Form with a New Name. In August 2009 we engaged UofC Stakeholders for both of these projects. We are now ready to release the new form for all to use.
