This session is entitled: "The influence of social networks on KT in long term care facilities" and will describe a current project that assesses social networks in two long term care facilities and their impact on an ongoing KT intervention, delivering feedback reports in these two facilities. All proceeds will benefit a new Student Run Medical Clinical at the Calgary Drop-In Centre.
